A place to set up your bike. You must be able to sit with your full weight on the bike without disturbing the movement of the shock
A high pressure shock pump, and a 6 mm Allen key – or your bike multi tool

1.REMOVE THE TOP SCREW
This can be normally done by hand, although you may need to begin with your 6mm Allen key if it is difficult to begin with by hand.
2.LOOSEN THE BOTTOM SCREW
This screw does not need to be fully removed, as the shock cover will slide off.
3.REMOVE THE SHOCK COVER
Pulling upwards and away will remove the cover from the frame.

You will find the air pressure valve on the non drive side of the bike.
5.REMOVE THE VALVE COVER
Unscrew the Air valve cover by hand. Be careful not to lose this small part.
6.ATTACH THE PUMP
Screw on the shock pump fitting to the valve according to the shock pump manufacturers regulations. Ensure that the pump is fitted securely.

7.ENSURE YOUR SHOCK IS IN THE OPEN POSITION
This will be done at your Rockshox TwistLoc, OneLoc or DT Swiss Two in One Remote activators.
8.SIT ON YOUR BIKE
Wearing your full riding kit, including your backpack if you use one.
9. ACTIVATE THE SHOCK
Pump the shock through its cycle a few times. Return to a seated position to read the SAG.
9. CHECK THE SAG READING
The integrated SAG indicator is located on the non-drive side of the Rocker Link. Check the percentage reading while sitting on the bike.
10. ADJUST AIR PRESSURE
Inflate or deflate the shock using the shock pump to obtain the desired SAG measurement. Check below for recommended SAG measurements.
